Keto Lady Verde Chicken Burritos
These are super delicious!! So great to make chicken ahead! And have it on hand!
🍛 Ingredients
• 6 oz shredded white meat chicken (slow-cooked in Verde sauce — 2 tbsp sauce = 10 calories)
• 2 Egglife wraps (plain or southwest flavor)
• 2 tbsp Sargento mild cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp salsa
• 2 tbsp sour cream (added after cooking)
🥣 How I made it:
1. Heat it up:
Add your shredded Verde chicken to a frying pan over medium heat. You can crisp it up a little for texture (or air fry if you prefer).
2. Build your burritos:
Lay out two Egglife wraps. Spoon the warm Verde chicken down the center of each wrap.
3. Top it off:
Sprinkle cheddar cheese and spoon on salsa. Roll them up burrito-style.
4. Fry or air fry:
Lightly spray your pan or air fryer with avocado oil. Cook burritos 2–3 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.
5. Finish strong:
Plate them up, then add your sour cream right on top after cooking. Add a pinch of cilantro or a squeeze of lime if you want to fancy it up!
