Keto Lady Brownies

Fudgy. Rich. Blood-sugar friendly. No crash, no guilt, no nonsense!

🍛 Ingredients:

• 1 cup almond flour
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup MCT oil
• 1/4 cup grass-fed butter, melted
• 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener (granulated)
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp sea salt


• Optional: 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped walnuts

👩‍🍳 How I made it:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt

3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, MCT oil, vanilla, and monk fruit

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth

5. Fold in optional chocolate chips or nuts

6. Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan

7. Bake 20–25 minutes until set but still fudgy

8. Cool completely before slicing
