Keto Lady Rum Balls

No bake. Low carb. Sneaky good.

🍛 Ingredients:

• 6 tablespoons fine unsweetened coconut

• 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

• 2 tablespoons sifted almond flour

• 1 tablespoon Swerve

• 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1 pinch sea salt

• 1 teaspoon rum (Captain Morgan or rum extract)

👩‍🍳 How I made it:

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.

2. Mix until the dough sticks together when pressed.

3. Roll into small balls.

4. Chill 15 to 20 minutes to firm.

Makes about 10 small rum balls

Optional tips
• Want extra crunch? Finish under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes
• Great with roasted green beans, broccoli, or a simple side salad
