Keto Lady Rum Balls
No bake. Low carb. Sneaky good.
π Ingredients:
β’ 6 tablespoons fine unsweetened coconut
β’ 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
β’ 2 tablespoons sifted almond flour
β’ 1 tablespoon Swerve
β’ 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
β’ 1 pinch sea salt
β’ 1 teaspoon rum (Captain Morgan or rum extract)

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
2. Mix until the dough sticks together when pressed.
3. Roll into small balls.
4. Chill 15 to 20 minutes to firm.
Makes about 10 small rum balls
