Ingredients:

* 2 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener

* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

* 1 cup whipped topping or homemade whipped cream

Optional topping:

* Crushed keto cookies

* Extra lemon zest

Instructions:

Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, lemon juice, zest, sweetener, and protein powder until smooth and creamy. Fold in whipped topping. Chill for 30 minutes and serve cold.
