Keto Lady “Crumble-Style” Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Cookie

This one….hits all the buttons, healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

* 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

* 2 tablespoons peanut butter

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1 teaspoon baking powder

* 1–2 tablespoons monk fruit golden sweetener

* 1/3 cup keto-friendly chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

* Pinch of sea salt (for that sweet + salty finish 🔥)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. In a bowl, mix:

* Greek yogurt

* Protein powder

* Peanut butter

* Vanilla

* Baking powder

* Monk fruit sweetener

3. Mix until thick and doughy

4. Fold in chocolate chips

5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

6. Shape into one thick Crumbl-style cookie

7. Add extra chocolate chips on top

8. Lightly sprinkle sea salt on top

9. Bake for 10–14 minutes

10. Let cool slightly so it sets but stays soft inside
