Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup protein powder
4 large eggs
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut flour
3/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (Bake Believe or Lily’s)
Instructions:
Blend everything except chocolate chips until smooth
Fold in chocolate chips
Scoop into lined muffin tins
Bake at 350 for 18–22 minutes
