Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup protein powder

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 3/4 cup monk fruit sweetener

  • 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (Bake Believe or Lily’s)

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything except chocolate chips until smooth

  2. Fold in chocolate chips

  3. Scoop into lined muffin tins

  4. Bake at 350 for 18–22 minutes

  5. Let cool slightly… then go ahead and grab one 😏
