Keto Lady Cranberry Sauce

🍛 Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch sea salt

👩‍🍳 How I made it:

  1. Add cranberries and water to a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Bring to a simmer and cook 5–7 minutes until cranberries start to pop.

  3. Stir in sweetener, orange zest, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt.

  4. Let simmer another 3–5 minutes until thickened.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool. It thickens as it sits.

  6. Serve warm or chilled.
