β€’ 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
β€’ 1 tbsp powdered monk fruit or erythritol
β€’ 1/4 tsp celery seed
β€’ 1/4 tsp sea salt
β€’ 1/4 tsp black pepper
β€’ Optional: 1 tbsp heavy cream for extra creaminess

1. Add green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrot, and scallions to a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, sweetener, celery seed, salt, pepper, and heavy cream if using.

4. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving. Flavor gets better as it sits.
