The Keto Lady 2-Ingredient Chocolate Fudge (Plus Pecans!)

If you’re anything like me, sometimes you just need a little something rich, sweet, and satisfying… without the sugar crash.

This 2-ingredient keto fudge is my go-to when I want a treat that’s fast, fabulous, and still fits my macros. It’s made with just Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips and natural peanut butter no baking, no mess, and zero guilt. I like to throw in chopped pecans for that buttery crunch, but you can leave them out or sub in your favorite low-carb nut.

🍫 Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cups Lily’s Chocolate Chips (I use semi-sweet or dark chocolate style)

• ¾ cup natural peanut butter (look for one with just peanuts + salt—no sugar)

• (Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans for crunch and healthy fats)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together using a double boiler or microwave (stir every 20 seconds if microwaving).

2. Once smooth and creamy, fold in chopped pecans (if using).

3. Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 dish or silicone mold.

4. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours or pop it in the freezer for faster fudge!

5. Slice into 16 squares and enjoy!
