Ingredients (1 serving)

• 1 cup cottage cheese

• 2 oz cream cheese (softened)

• 1/3 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)

• 1–2 tsp monk fruit or stevia

• 1 tbsp keto honey (I recommend allulose honey 🍯)

• Optional: splash vanilla extract

Directions

• Blend cottage cheese + cream cheese until smooth and creamy

• Stir in sweetener + vanilla

• Top with strawberries

• Drizzle with keto honey

• Chill for a few minutes… or don’t, I won’t judge 😏
