Keto Lady Cloud 9 Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp almond flour
1 scoop protein powder
(vanilla or unflavored)
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Butter or coconut oil for the pan
Instructions:
Blend everything until smooth
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat
Add butter or coconut oil
Pour small pancakes (they cook better this way!)
Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and fluffy
