Keto Lady Cloud 9 Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • (vanilla or unflavored)

  • 1⁄2 tsp baking powder

  • 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Butter or coconut oil for the pan

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything until smooth

  2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat

  3. Add butter or coconut oil

  4. Pour small pancakes (they cook better this way!)

  5. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and fluffy
