Keto Lady Blueberry Glow Mousse 🫐✨

Hot girls eat cottage cheese… and we’re not apologizing for it.

This one is CLEAN, high protein, and actually works for your body instead of against it.

If you’re still grabbing sugar-loaded desserts… girl, we’re upgrading.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tbsp grass-fed gelatin

  • 1/4 cup cold water

  • 1/4 cup hot water

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 to 2 tsp Lori’s Honey (grab it on my Amazon link)

  • Optional: 2 tbsp whipped cream or 1 tbsp cream cheese or make a crust!

Directions

  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for a minute. Add hot water and stir until dissolved.

  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Add blueberries, vanilla, and Lori’s Honey and blend again.

  • Pour in gelatin mixture, blend again, then refrigerate 1 to 2 hours until fluffy and set

    Macros will vary depending on your cottage cheese, but you’re getting around 24g protein per serving.
