β’ 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
β’ 8 slices of bacon, cut in half
β’ 2 tbsp olive oil
β’ Salt and pepper to taste
β’ 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional drizzle)

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Wrap each Brussels sprout half in bacon and thread onto small skewers (4β5 per skewer).
4. Arrange on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Roast for 25β30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
6. Optional: Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
