The Keto Lady Crackling Chicken Thighs (Crispy Oven-Fried Perfection)

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
