The Keto Lady Crackling Chicken Thighs (Crispy Oven-Fried Perfection)
Ingredients:
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Pat chicken dry really well with paper towels. (This is key for that crispy skin!)
In a small bowl, mix all seasonings together.
Sprinkle the seasoning mix all over the chicken, rubbing it in evenly.
Place chicken thighs skin-side up on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
